Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi is organizing HackDUCS, a hybrid inter-university hackathon as part of its 20th Annual TechFest - Sankalan 2024!

- 12:00 PM - Presentation Submissions Due
- 12:30 PM - Presentation Order Communicated
- 01:00 PM - Preliminary Presentations Begin on GMeet/Zoom
- 05:00 PM - Preliminary Presentations End
- 07:00 PM - Results of Preliminary Round Declared
- 08:00 PM - Instructions Communicated to Semi Finalist Teams
DAY 2 (Sankalan Day 1) - 20/04/2024
- 09:00 AM - Offline Reporting (as feasible) and Disbursement of Event Kits
- 10:00 AM - Inauguration and Workshop / Keynote - Hacking Begins

Pool Prize: INR 18,00,000+
- Eligibility: College/University Students; Team Size: 2-4; Cross-college teams allowed
- Tracks will be released on Day 0 at 12:00 PM.
- Development must start after release of tracks.
- Projects submitted to other hackathons will not be considered.
- Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
- All participants who participate in the event will receive event kits and swags from sponsors.
- Preliminary Presentations:
- Online presentations on Google Meet / Zoom.
- Time Limit: 12-15 mins (8 mins + questions)
- Slides: Maximum of 12 slides; Formats: .pptx, .pdf
- Maximum of 5 teams from each track will be selected for demos
- Project Demonstrations:
- In-person project demonstration at event venue. Time Limit: 12-15 mins
- Project must be submitted on Devfolio before the presentation begins.
- Project source code must be hosted on a public repository on GitHub.
- Short video demo needs to be uploaded on YouTube and submitted on Devfolio.
- 10 teams qualify for Final Presentations
- Final Presentations: This round will be conducted for selected teams after the project demonstration round to allow them to work upon feedback received from the judges and enable them to put their best foot forward. Winners will be decided based on the performance in this round.
- No Time Limit 🙂
- In-person presentation at event venue.
- Qualified teams must arrange for travel and accommodation.
- Food and beverages will be provided as part of the parent event.
